Scope of Services. Through this Site, Scratch and Whisk Bakery markets and arranges Birthday Cupcakes, Wedding Cupcakes, Filled Cupcakes, Cinnamon Cupcakes, Pistachio Cupcakes, Baby Shower Cupcakes, Gender Reveal Cupcakes, Anniversary Cupcakes. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Scratch and Whisk Bakery or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Scratch and Whisk Bakery may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://scratchandwhiskbakeryar.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Scratch and Whisk Bakery makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Scratch and Whisk Bakery's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Scratch and Whisk Bakery from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. AR law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AR.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
